THESE are by far the worst cases I can remember that put a stranglehold on what the founding fathers were seriously trying to avoid at all cost..

I guess that the people who wrote the Bill Of Rights and the Constitution unfortunately didnt go far enough and should of added that its everybody god given right (and could never be rescinded by any means) to take down and reverse anything that the public doesnt feel that its in their best interest. THAT right there would of stop a shitload of backroom dealings and outside influences among other things. But...... *shrug*
