Long Description of MUFON Sighting Report

As I parked in my driveway facing East, I saw a lighted craft above the cloud cover over the moon, and I saw this light pretty close and it started to move away in a vector perpendicular to me. I didn't move until I bothered to grab my camera, it just kept moving away to the point where you see it in the picture. All the while this cone beam rotating haphazardly around the craft in no set pattern. Just weird.

I think I see what you mean. It is the dot right above the Moon. It looks like the UFO is beaming some light downwards.

Must say I only saw it when I opened the big picture.
