IMO the greatest changes began right after the Dec, 26 2004 Sumatra quake/tsunami event. There have been several huge quakes and tsunami events since. It is my belief that the planetary axial wobble has been altered and has increased in diameter. Thus the Sun rising and setting anomolies are the result.

2004, Dec. 23. 9.3 QUAKE/TSUNAMI, 44.6 hours later the brightest ever recorded gamma ray burst witnessed. Then a ribbon was discovered in the heliopause... :think:
