That's it, finished with that stuff then.. cheers doc

I really hope so m8,yeah the stuff in these pesticides is ridiculous.Anyway Sainsbury's do a great organic olive oil for not that much more than the ordinary contaminated stuff.
Well worth an investment.
:flop:

Sainsbury's just two minutes away.... will see what they offer.

I have a tendency to keep my oil for as long as possible.
Until it smokes at a low temp then I get rid of it.

Asda sell it too! You guys can also try something called Palm Oil, usually found in Afro Carribean shops, drizzle over your veg and roast, you'll never have it any other way! Carotino oil also has palm oil in it. :flop:

No wonder Afro Caribbean food tastes so nice, thanks for the tip. :flop:
As I am the only one who does the cooking, I will surely take it on board

No it's that three Nun oil.
Nun of this, nun of that, and definitely nun of the other.

Palm oil is more of a solid oil. If it sets in the bottle or jar, just stand in it a cup or bowl of hot water and it softens enough to drizzle onto veggies etc  I rescue parrots and mix warmed palm oil with acacia honey into a separate jar and mix them up really well and then spread on toast, really good for you and tastes lovely too, what my parrots dont eat, I snaffle :sunny:

As for the heads up, My Pleasure, You guys on here have helped me enough sharing your knowledge :flop: :hugging:

ps, just noticed my next post will be 100!!

Flax seed oil is good too. Linolin. High in omega 3 and adds a nutty flavor. Flashpoint is a little lower than regular oils, but it is good to cook with. Canola is also good. Olive oil is good, but depends on what your frying. It has a unique taste and doesn't work with everything
