Well I have been taking fresh smashed garlic for my blood pressure, and other medicinal values cause I refuse to take prescription drugs, and now take very limited OTCs. Realized today I can see much better, better focus, and distance,my eyes are whiter as well. So if you don't mind a little garlic breath you may want try it. I try to avoid fresh during the work week though, and take odorless pills. You have to take fresh smashed garlic with food (stings the mouth a little too), or it upsets the tummy a little.Smashing releases the needed enzyme. Good luck if you try it and send a comment on how it is working for you or if you use it.

Oh god yeah. My grandpa ate garlic all the time for it.

You sweat it out too. If you eat enough you'll stink like garlic when you sweat.

I'm down with Garlic. Been taking it for over 12 years. :clapper:

Also try

Magnascent Iodine

Marine Grade Coral Calcium Okinawa (No where even close to Fukishima)

Olive Leaf Extract (I take caps) also drink Green Tea (Both excelent for free radicals)

Zeolites (Sort of Expensive but good to remove heavy metals too. Get pills not liquid)

These items will raise your blood ph to around 7.4ish Cancer can't grow in an alkaline environment :flop:

I was also given advice to try Rosehip in tablet form [a must] from a girl who was facing massive surgery to replace knee/hips/arm socket because of acute pain and inability to move around without pain until she was recommended the tablets, [she has now been so well her op has been postponed for at least a year]i am in process myself getting hold of some as i have pretty bad arthritis, just wondered if any of you good people have heard of or have tried it yourself ? If so please share your experience with them.
