A Night of UFO Sightings over Ireland Reported Live on Radio

One of our readers from Ireland submitted the following report.

I'm not sure if you know about this, but I thought I'd sent it your way.

It seems that some strange things were happening here in Ireland on February 17. Many people throughout Ireland reported seeing flashing lights of different colors in the night sky.

There were power outages, and animals acting weird.

Many of these people were reporting the events live on Irish radio station i102-104. You can hear how the night played out on their podcast.

I think many thought it was a joke (even the DJ), but as the night went on the reports came in a plenty and people got scared.

Shape of objects: Diamond shape

Could your sighting be a UFO balloon/lantern?: Yes

Weather Conditions: Dry with little wind

Description: Looked like fire works at first. 4 objects in the sky. Orange lights. Moved like balloons would but at a faster pace. Lights went out on one of the objects and seemed to fall from the sky. Lost sight when they went over my house. Picture and video.

UFO seen over ballyfermot dublin?? 9th Aug 2010. part 1.

I seen this light out my back door and noticed it was slowly moving north over dublin. i have no idea what it is but tought it was strange.this happened at about 9:30pm it was silent or too far away to hear, it changes from red to green and is spherical in appearance. any ideas what it could be leave a comment..
