adding flag option to peoples profile

It would be nice to let people, see what (of course people could lie) country we are all from. In the author section..I should point out :flop:

I am british although (comical option to some), I'd also like to infer I am larger than that, an Earthling. Imagining a 'earth-style flag'. Maybe two boxes to describe who you are??? I am after all 1st generation English, with Irish father.
