This is a funny remark on something what happened in 1996.

Alan Sokal, an american physics professor, submitted the following article to a well appreciated journal introducing quantum gravity a social and linguistic imagination and construct.

Of course this was a hoax and was supposed to be that way proving the journal`s intellectual credebility.

Here is the article - a hoax with intellectual appearance. Have fun!

yeah i heard about this a while ago, it's funny how supposed 'intellectuals' (which merely means: people who think a lot), can be fooled and marginalized, or beaten into a corner, by their peers:

supposedly they are above the 'unthinking masses' and are 'true individuals'; not dependent on others acceptance and so on.
but a hoax like this proves that they are just as dependent if not more, on the acceptance of a few people whom they respect.

don't get caught in group think :)

Before judging others we must remember that they are not living according to our values or worldview, but their own.
