Nah, look at where the clouds are on the 'real' sun, then look at the '2nd' sun. You can see that the cloud lines match, more obvious further on in the video when it's rising further up.
Either edited neatly or simple strong reflections.

i snapped a weird foto 2 nights ago of similar thing with two points of light in the sky,i shoulda said"possible" two suns,but posted in haste,but its got me wondering now,whereas before the idea was preposterous to me.

I cant get over the fact that the "2nd" sun changes colors along with the actual sun and the clouds surrounding it. The color and intensity of the light changes in a way that seems natural to its respective position in the sky. Looks like upper clouds is a layer with a hole shopped out.

Nice, filming through glass, there is a cloud layer below the sun which is enhancing the lens flare effect, and if you don't believe me, explain the faint third sun above the real one that you see early on in the shot before he starts blowing it out and adding emboss filters.

Plus, it does move exactly with the sun, for a reason. it is the sun.
