I hate to suggest it but, hyper, overly aggressive, paranoid, rambling speech patterns, and a constant raspy voice - Alex sounds like Whitney Houston 5 years ago...or his friend Charlie Sheen.

Watch a few of his first videos, it's like a completely different person.
