Alex Jones ~
New evidence Princess Diana was "killed by a member of the British military" being investigated by Scotland Yard.

Diana's Death: Police Passed New Information

Scotland Yard is assessing new information on the death of Princess Diana to determine whether it is credible.

New information that alleges Princess Diana was murdered has been passed to Scotland Yard through military sources, according to the Metropolitan Police.

The information, thought to include the allegation that the Princess of Wales, Dodi al Fayed and their driver were killed by a member of the British military, will be assessed by officers from the Specialist Crime and Operations Command.

It was passed to the police by the parents-in-law of a former soldier, according to Sky sources.

The deaths of the Princess Diana and Mr al Fayed in Paris in 1997 were investigated and examined during a 90-day inquest led by Lord Justice Scott Baker at the Royal Court of Justice in 2007.

On April 7, 2008, the jury concluded their verdict as "unlawful killing, grossly negligent driving of the following vehicles and of the Mercedes".

The Metropolitan Police added the assessment was not a re-investigation and does not come under Operation Paget - the inquiry led by Lord Stevens into conspiracy theories surrounding Princess Diana and Mr al Fayed's deaths.

After the inquest, the Metropolitan Police said it had spent £8m on services arising from it and the Operation Paget investigation from 2004 to 2006.

Former Met Police commissioner Lord Stevens published his report in December 2006, rejecting claims that Princess Diana and Mr al Fayed had been murdered.

Sky's Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt said: "We understand this information includes an allegation that Princess Diana and Dodi al Fayed and the driver of their car were killed by a member of the British military.

"The information we're told was passed to Scotland Yard quite recently. It also includes, we understand, references to something known as Diana's diary.

"These are very early days, the information has just come in, and Scotland Yard is adamant in saying that this is not a reopening of its investigation from 2004 when it spent three years looking into the circumstances of the Princess' death.

"But it is taking the information seriously and it is considering and it is possible that a new investigation may open."

Looks like there is some behinds the scenes bitch fights going on between the military & the SIS, lets just hope they let something big slip out of the bag.

I'm hoping the evidence is physical proof of "Boston brakes" (look it up if you haven't heard of it, its worth it) at the least.

Scotland Yard has launched an investigation into new claims that Diana, Princess of Wales was murdered by a member of the British military.

It said last night that it had asked specialist detectives to examine new allegations and evidence passed to it “recently”.

The claims were given to the force in the last few days by the Royal Military Police, who were told of them by the parents-in-law of a former soldier, sources said.

The dossier is said to include a reference to the SAS and to the Princess’s “secret diary” according to one report. Scotland Yard declined to confirm the content or origin of the material.

Officers from the specialist crime and operations command will carry out the “scoping” exercise to assess if a full-scale investigation is justified into whether the Princess, her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and driver Henri Paul were murdered.

Last night’s disclosure comes in spite of the inquest into the death of the Princess and Mr Fayed dismissing any claims of murder made by Mohammed Fayed, Dodi’s father, and conspiracy theorists.

Too bad we'll never know the truth in spite of this "new evidence".

Princess Diana death: Police probe sensational claim she was killed by the SAS

The allegation emerged at the second court martial of Sergeant Danny Nightingale, who was found guilty of illegally possessing a gun and ammunition

Police are investigating a sensational claim that the SAS was involved in the death of Princess Diana, reports Sean Rayment.

The allegation emerged at the second court martial of Sergeant Danny Nightingale, who was found guilty of illegally possessing a gun and ammunition.

It came in a letter to the elite unit’s commanding officer by the parents-in-law of a special forces sniper, known only as Soldier N, who was Sgt Nightingale’s former housemate and a key witness for the prosecution.

The letter said Solider N boasted the SAS “was behind Princess Diana’s death”.

The Ministry of Defence, the Royal Military Police and the Service Prosecuting Authority have known of its existence and the claim since it was sent in September 2011.

The seven-page hand-written letter – a copy of which has been seen by the Sunday People – also makes allegations over Soldier N’s behaviour towards his wife and her family following the collapse of the couple’s marriage.

It is understood that the SAS passed the letter to the Service Prosecuting Authority prior to the start of the Sgt Nightingale trial.

All references to the paramilitary force were removed by the SPA before it released the document to the court.

The letter says: “He (Soldier N) also told her (his wife) that it was the XXX who arranged Princess Diana’s death and that has been covered up.”

Scotland Yard said: “The Metropolitan Police Service is scoping information that has recently been received in relation to the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed and assessing its relevance and credibility.

“The assessment will be carried out by officers from the Specialist Crime and Operations command.”

The former Harrods owner Mohamed Fayed has long maintained the car crash that killed Diana, his son Dodi – who was her lover – and their driver Henri Paul in Paris on August 31, 1997, was a conspiracy involving the British state.

A 2008 inquest jury returned an unlawful killing verdict.

It was a tip-off from Soldier N’s estranged wife that led to a Glock 17 pistol being found in Nightingale’s room at a Hereford house the SAS colleagues shared.

Soldier N pleaded guilty to possessing another Glock, a grenade and ammunition. He was sentenced to two years in jail.

Nightingale, 38, from Crewe, Cheshire, was sentenced to two years’ military detention, suspended for 12 months, after being found guilty at a retrial last month.

His initial 18-month sentence was quashed after a campaign by wife Sally.

The MoD said: “This is a matter for the civilian police authorities.”

What bothers me brother is most times you are right but in all how can you say that when we have seen so much evidence apon 9/11 etc that proves dirty play

Sadly we as mere nobodies that will never have the truth apon such even with all our gut feelings it does not and will not change the fact of a cover-up is a FKN cover-up.

Not trying to discredit you not at all, Ima give you much KUDOS for your input and knowledge that you have apon many subjects that are way over my head.

PRINCESS DIANA WAS MURDERED WITH ASSISTANCE OF BRITISH MILITARY "SAS": The top police department at the Scotland Yard Office of the London Metropolitan constabulary have received a confession and details of how a senior military SAS soldier who served her Majesty in special operations claims that he and colleagues were involved in organising the car crash which killed Princess Diana in 1997... The claims were given to the Metropolitan Police force in the last week of July 2013 by the Royal Military Police, who were told of them by the parents-in-law of a former soldier...

The dossier is said to include a reference to the SAS and to the Princess’s “secret diary”...
Last night’s disclosure comes in the shadow of the inquest into the death of the Princess which resulted in a verdict of UNLAWFUL KILLING - this verdict is mostly misunderstood - it actually means that the death of the Princess was NO ACCIDENT and that the events have a suspicious premeditated tone to them...

16 years later, new dark hints in Princess Diana death

Image

London (CNN) -- New hints of conspiracy in the death of Princess Diana have royal watchers buzzing once again, nearly 16 years after the woman who would now be a royal grandmother died in a Paris car crash.
London police said Saturday that its investigators were assessing the "relevance and credibility" of information it had recently received about the deaths -- information the agency did not describe in its statement.
But Press Association reported that what London police are mulling is an allegation raised by the former parents-in-law of a former British soldier claiming a member of the British military murdered Diana, her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and their driver, all of whom died in the August 31, 1997, crash.
Press Association did not provide a source for its information, but said that British military police reportedly passed the information to London investigators.
"This is not a re-investigation," London police stressed in a statement.

The news turned the decade-and-a-half old incident into a hot topic of conversation on news sites and the on Twitter.
"Looking at the news pages this evening ... I think Princess Diana must have just died (again)," Twitter user g_m_young posted.
Diana, 36, and Fayed, her 42-year-old boyfriend, died when the Mercedes-Benz they were traveling in hit a pillar in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris.
They were being followed at the time by the paparazzi after leaving the Ritz Hotel. Their driver, Henri Paul, also killed, was drunk and driving at high speed, investigators concluded. Bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones was the sole survivor.
The princess left behind her two children, Prince William, whose wife recently gave birth to Diana's first grandchild, and Prince Harry. Some 2.5 billion people around the world watched Diana's funeral.
A British coroner's inquest in 2008 concluded that their deaths were the result of "grossly negligent driving of the following vehicles and of the Mercedes." The inquest found no evidence of murder.
Yet the deaths have always been paired with conspiracy theories accusing British and French intelligence services and members of British royalty of orchestrating her death.
Much of the social media reaction to the news involved merely passing the news on, but many seemed to doubt the claims.
"Is it just me or does it (seem) like a Princess Diana conspiracy hits around this time of year, every year?," Twitter user DMR09 posted.
The rumors come to light weeks before the 16th anniversary of Diana's death, and a little more than a month before the British premier of "Diana," a new movie about the former princess' life.
It's unclear whether these allegations will make it any farther than previous claims have. London police certainly aren't about to make any big announcements, based on the terse closing line of their statement.
"Not Prepared to Discuss Further," Scotland Yard said in its statement.
