Alien Art

Being fairly new to a lot of these "in the know" types like Lazar, Hoagland et al, I have never come across either any mention of alien art of any type nor what these aliens think of any of our art forms....has no one ever asked one of the aliens they work with what they think of a Tom Waites song or a Dali painting. Do they "get" Escher? :headscratch:

After all if they have no appreciation of art (if "they" exist) what chance is there that they will see any value in us at all. Not to say we are only our art (although that has an element of truth to it imho) but if they can not grasp art can they grasp any concept we can...?

music has been a prevelant art form throughout the history of human beings.so do you think they dig mozart,elvis,the beatles or michael jackson?

I wonder if aliens express emotions through music too?

Exactly , art is the emotional expression of our experience (at 1 level at least) no art surely = no emotions at all

There are soo many beautiful places,and beautiful songs that the earth has produced...

I hope they see the beauty that we see and feel from it
