Imo it's a puppet.
The grays i saw (small or tall) are slender but not skinny and they have powerful muscle in their neck to hold their head up,the small grey moves in a jerky manner,maybe cause their center of gravity is a bit high,tall gray are more proportioned like us whit a slightly bigger head on a 7" body,If they have eyelid i never saw them blink.
Also they are not scary looking but quite nice...imo.

But here a more detail description of what happen and there some details i omit on purpose
Cause it will sound even less credible.

The alien tall greys i have "met"looked like this

They didn't abducted me and radiated curiousity and kindness.
Didn't talk to me in any manner.and moved in a very "feline"way.

the small ones were more like that.

On two occasions i saw two of them looking in my stuff,about fifteen years ago when i came home to my downtown loft,when i opened the door there were there seemingly looking in my stuff,a second after i opened the door,they turn to look at me and vanish into thin air.

The tall greys also appear and vanish.

I guess there more inter dimentional then et's.
