It's not a hoax, the original poster of the video is called Philipe3d.
Hmm, since i last visited his channel it would seem he has changed his position in the last couple of months. He had a video on his Youtube channel called "Prova Final" that showed the stages of the videos creating using 3D techniques (his name after all is Philipe 3D. Now it seems he has removed this video and changed the tags and description of the original Captive Grey video which i find misleading. This was NOT the case before. If i recall correctly i am sure he only had a link in the description and very little in the way of tags.
While i can understand that his video has been used by others and have got over 1.2 million hits in one case alone while he has less than a ¼ million hits, i have left a comment asking him why he has removed "Prova Final" (Final Proof obviously) and changed the description and tags.

What is that supposed to mean? It isn't a case of being serious, it's simply the facts of the matter.
Maybe you can find the original video posted on Youtube that pre-dates Philipe3d's upload, i would like to see that, i doubt you will find it was uploaded to Youtube before Philipe3d uploaded the video which HE created.
Do you think i am making it up? Do you think i am lying when i say he posted a video called "Prova Final" which showed the alien being rendered? If you can't show me the video being posted before Philipe3d then why would a person called Philipe3d post the video with other 3D rendered videos?
Because he created this video using CGI, fact.

Well I don;t know anymore. 99% of people believe there are rovers on Mars, notwithstanding the fake photos they feed us with on a daily basis .
