ok.... story is dated july 2nd 2009. giovanna is mentally unstable. there was no proof of anything other then the images supplied by unknown sources. no medical records. pictures of fetus are different from each other. the "chip" in the brain is a of a calcified meningioma. she claims also to have been impregnated many times before. nobody has heard of her since. the tv program never did any follow-ups on the story since.
conclusion:
HOAX.

Not sure about the fetus,
But the "phosphorescent substance" looks strangely like Cyalume, and similar compounds found in Snap Glow sticks, I don't think that they are hard to find in Italy, lots of ravers there as well
