Well seems like something this important would have made the news. Esspecially if he had talked to the Ufologists in his area. Plus he said it was dead in the snow but later he said he wanted to get his camera take pictures ect.. when his friend was not around before it left??? How could it leave it it were dead?? That was the first mistake i noticed in the story.And The Internet was not as huge as it is now in 1992 but us old computer geeks will tell you for years we had online services like bbs (bulletin boards systems, then we had Compuserve, AOL and the list goes on. Another thing is , The rope has to be very tight to hold up a body even a small child like body that has actual weight. And the body looks very odd shaped (not smooth) It looks like an art project or paper mache but the eyes look real lol, I want to say this is a hoax that it was caught early in the 90's and therefore we never heard it in the news because it was not real, and now they are trying to post it worldwide The rest of the world dont know , but im sure people in that country at the time remember it. Give it a few days , I bet someone will claim its an old hoax making its rounds finally global. I speculate all the ufo activity in mexico and other places like that is Government , These cultures are very quick to believe
so Goverenments could easily take advantage of people and there land to test these machines. And the people who perpetrate hoaxes are trying to get money from those same people who want to believe and want the truth to come out. something tells me when Aliens do show up and we get a video of them , We will know its real because it will be to good to dismiss & If some of these creatures are from a Higher Dimension then Technically we would not be able to really see what they look like in our 3rd demension or worse on a 2-d television screen, it would be like recording a hologram with a camera then playing it back on a vhs lol probably look all scrambled with out some type of (video Dimension Converter technology) But I could be wrong. :alien:

well i can explain the video camera and the wire being there......everybody in my family loves recording family outings so we never leave the house without one, no doubt other people might be the same as it might be with these people. As for the wire if you're a experience outdoor enthusiast you'd know to go prepare...a wire/rope are a life savior in alot of emergencies specially snow related....that's my take on the item being "there" and available.

I don't know what to make of this either....i'll just put this one into the possible bin.

either case going out for a fun trip with a camera is hardly "unusual" the new generation just aren't as interested in taking picture or video as memory keepsake as it was in the 90s.

Okay, gonna offer up my 2cents.
When these items come up, I usually evaluate by 2 different means. One, the evidence itself, and two, the people behind the disclosure.
So, on the second note, lets try to understand a few things. Because you may believe something of a total stranger, doesn't make it true. I have lived most of my life outside the city, in rural areas, and I know a great many people in these areas that would probably acted the same way. They would have been scared as shit, and they would more likely keep it a secret, than to invite any attention, (such as government) for fear of any possible disruption of their lives. 1992 did have some internet yes. But if you lived more in the "outlands", it could be more like going back to the seventies. I had an aunt that lived near the mountains in very rural Washington state. They had a few "rocks" they picked up from burnt places on the ground. I was only 13 at the time, 1969, never seen anything like them, before or since. They often saw glowing orbs, and had strange occurences at night. They actually thought more of Bigfoot, or satanic demons. People in those days, may ggive "knowing" looks to their neighbors, but never really discussed these things with them. They were kept within the family, and private.
On the first note, I've seen a great deal of hoaxes, there's always incorrect inconsistancies in the anatomy. This one does not have the usual hoaxed rubber arms, but instead has the 2 individual grissel like joints, and the hands are good, as well as the arms length. The body torso seems possibly bloated, or enlarged from freezing. I have to say, it looks pretty good.
