Aliens, UFO's, Religion, and Reality
Our current understanding regarding these subjects are a product of years of entertainment.
Why does mainstream media/society perpetuate the concept that an extraterrestrial existence is science fiction; but the proposed reality of religion is accepted as a reasonable possibility throughout the world?
Before TV, religion was a major source of entertainment that was established through public preaching. Most all religions are based on the concept that supreme beings from the heavens (sky) came down to earth. In each of those religions, extraterrestrial "Gods" either altered/created humanity physically, or aided in our mental awakening.
By definition alone, all "Gods" are extraterrestrial: foreign to earth and it's atmosphere.
Why is that modern day reality considered taboo, while the concept of Santa Clause is perpetuated to our children?
Entertainment, or better yet, the money made through entertainment, has made the Church the largest land owner in the world.
They constantly build bigger churches, so they can house more members, so they can ultimately collect more money.
It's the world biggest business, and it's built on entertainment.
If God was real, would he promote the direction religion has taken?
If God was real, wouldn't he be considered an alien?
If financial profit was a good concept to base a society on,
would we be in the middle of a world wide economic depression?
I think if there ever was, or is, an extraterrestrial "God", he would seek
an alternate existence that would be far superior to this house of cards in the wind.
This book explains it better than I ever could.

Sorry, I'm new to the forum. I thought I posted it in the wrong topic first, and thought I erased the first one. Let me try again... But yeah, I just finished reading it and it totally blew my mind.
I'd like to see everyone have a chance to have the same experience. Naughty? I'm not sure what you mean.

Thanks for your reply, I see you also mentioned the book in the above thread as well, so it must have really blown your mind!
I just pointed it out because I'm pretty sure that a mod will pick up on it - constantly trying to refer other members to a booksite sales page may draw some fire!
But, that's just me thinking too much I expect - anyway

Thanks brother, my bad, I didn't know it wasn't acceptable. I messaged the moderator because I cant erase the other one. But yeah, reading that book is the motivation for me joining this forum, but I guess I can see your point. I never really was into this stuff before.
The end of it says something to the effect that: until the world's eyes are open to reality,
we're blind to our true existence. Once the planet is enlightened with reality, the world will be a brighter place. I'm just trying to do my part to make a better place. Thanks for the heads up and welcome. I'm not gonna lie, I'd like to see a better world. Just doing my part. Peace.
