yes it will be the future you might think there is no evidence but why would a uk corprate run party like nick and dave be told to scrap id cards to save a few bob no they have realised if you have a chip in you you can not hide they will find you plus if you fail in there views or there ideals will they slowly terminate you .its the cheapest way to controll all in the new world order .
