As I haven't currently got time to watch the video I'd be interested in what, if any, her religious beliefs were before the event. I read an article a few years back by a doctor who was interested in NDEs and found that religious beliefs influenced what was reported - many saw family members, Christians saw Christ (or angels), some Muslim's reported seeing Mohammed, and so on. Did their beliefs influence what they saw? Or did they inteprete what they saw to fit their beliefs?
