However you sold us and many other countries the technology,
so we have proton centers as do many others.
Like I said medical technology is not hidden or secret it is sold around the world.

As you have the biggest economy in the world, I would expect you to have the largest funding for research and the best procedures.

As for would this change under a NHS, that would not happen.
Nothing would change.
As I said research and service is not the same thing at all.

With a NHS you would still have the best research facility's due to your wealth and not because of anything else.

In the end all I am trying to point out is with an American NHS you would lose nothing in regards of funding or quality of service.
You would still have PHS and you would still excel in the world of medical procedures.

You have the largest economy in the world, so you will have the largest funding and the best tech.

None of this would change because you have decided as a unified nation to help the less fortunate in your society.

An American NHS will not affect the funding that goes into making America the world leaders in research and development.

Nothing could be further from the truth.
