Well thank you for the information jones. Of course instead of getting all worked up one could just drink bottled water......right? Or does that contain the ass of a cow and 700mgs of arsenic?

oh yeah,the bottled water,well if you are drinking from plastic bottles then it has been proven conclusively many times that the chemicals from the plastic leech into the water and of course you drink that-not good,so best to drink from glass bottles,like me :banana:

(Even those have been studies too not be entirely chemical free) :bang;

...we live in a contaminated world no matter what we do really...damage limitation.I personaly feel that if you are not into keeping yourself healthy with organic food/exercise etc then don't you think,just maybe you could be missing out on something... :?:

I strongly believe that we are and it is my personal life's journey to find out if we are,thus far with the supermarkets and fast food we are surrounded with in the western world i'd have to say YES... :oops:

drjones had just posted how they just got rid of it in calgary.. i posted that on some canadian sites..I had people thanking me (for once) and a few shocked 'I never knew this' respones.

I've also come to learn that fluoride is a catch all phrase for the 100's of chemicals they put in the water..so maybe its not, noone caring or hype - maybe its just more info, different details on the same issue, maybe its 'the truth is stranger than fiction'

And yeah they put it in the Bottled water along with the BPA stuff!

and drjones aj did cover the lithium months ago, and has since gone hard core on 'fluoride' again a few times..

I've read lots of books on the importance of water in relation to the human body.
ALL OF THEM tell you FILTER IT, the only problem is choosing the best filtration. I myself use a granular activated carbon filter with included ceramic filtration. Pretty much over 95% removal of the things you don't want, over 99% for chlorine and unlike distillation the beneficial minerals are kept in the water and it is alkalised somewhat aswell, tastes amazing straight from the fridge.
FILTER YOUR WATER, it's cheap to do and well worth it !
