"Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who could not hear the music"
"All our science measured against reality, is primitive and childlike - yet, in contemporary consensus, its the most precious thing we have"

Yeah, not enough information in his title.

A few questions for the Aussies or anyone that can answer them.
1 Is the Queensland Government? a: A government or b: A corporation.
2 Does the Australian Federal courts have any legal standing over the Queensland courts? a: yes B: no
3 Is a person in Queensland considered property of the Queensland entity? a: yes b: no
I would be curious to find out if anyone knows the answer to these questions.

If that is a example of your guessing ability, You are the man of the month.
For the rest, from the information I have come across Queensland is the closest to the agenda 21 format currently in existence.

Go figure..
Reminds me of Washington, District Columbia. Or The City of London. Or the Vatican.
