Hey everyone! finally, after months, I'm able to post on the forums, YAY!!

So I was wondering if anyone here dabbled in dream interpretations. I had a series of 3 dreams earlier this year, they are still vivid, and always in the back of my mind. I'll explain the dream, and would love some responses!

In the first dream, I was surrounded by people in a public setting, I assume it was a zoo.
People are freaking out, and there is a lion in a cage, only the cage has one wall ... the barrier between the public and the lion, and there are no sides, nothing to keep the lion seperated from everyone. I then have a strong urge to approach the lion. As I am walking to the lion, I imagine that I kneel down in front of the lion and bow my head, and the lion strikes. Four times this repeated until I finally reached him. I knelt, bowed my head, and the lion did the same, then we touched foreheads, as if we had made some kind of connection.

In the second dream, I find myself ... at my present age, sitting in class in highschool. I am called out of class to see the principal. As I walk through his office door, I find myself under the car-port of my house which burned when I was a freshman. The principal, and assistant principal were two men who were previous principals at other schools, yet they were the ones I had the most trouble with. Very ignorant and arrogant, not to mention racists, both of them! One was black who did everything in his power to make the lives of the young white kids harder, and vice versa for the white principal. They then explain to me that I was being expelled for drinking at an adult supervised graduation party. I tell them that I am 25, and have every right to drink, and it wasn't a school function, therefore they could suck it! I am a very vulgar person, but not in the sense that I mean harm or ill will towards someone. I just curse like a sailor and have a dirty sense of humor /shrug. After I told them that, the black one, coach Small is what we called him since he was a former women's basketball coach... and is a very intimidating guy standing around 6'5 and 250ish lbs., picked my up by my throat and walked me to a tree, where I kicked him in the gonaads and then beat the pulp out of them both.

The third dream is where it gets really crazy. I seemed to be in NYC, possibly on some vacation. I was stranding outside the hotel room with a handful of friends from highschool. Some of the girls were embarrassed because their shirts had gotten wet somehow, but I told them not to sweat it ... we're all here to have fun and we're all adults ... not to mention they were all gorgeous. Finally the elevator comes down, which is on the outside of the building. We all step in, and once we reach the top realize that the elevator shifts onto it's side and stops on the roof, which leads to a door. I had trouble figuring out how to stand because of this shift for some reason. We walk into our hotel room, and all take a nap before we head out for the night. I, however wake up and everyone is gone. There is absolute chaos, and seems as tho the building is being evacuated, however there are no sirens or lights flashing to give that impression. I see a janitor, or maintenance man, cutting a hole in the ceiling, who then told me I was chosen to destroy a micro chip, which was hidden in the ceiling where he was cutting the hole. He gave me the chip, and I just ran. eventually I made my way into a subway, but it looked very old, with rafters overhead, and stadium seating on the sides. Everything was very rusty and looked as tho it may have been built and left alone in the thirties. As I look around, one of my best friends since childhood appears on the ceiling with a very dastardly character, unlike him completely, and tells me he can't let me destroy the chip. We fight and I end up killing him, only to find myself now being chased by the stay-puff marshmellow man. I hide throughout the city in varies buildings until the whole city is destroyed, except for my hotel building. I run there, get in and run to the bed, exhausted ... I just hide my face and give up. I wake up some time later, seemingly the same day, possibly 2-3 hours later, and the girlfriend of my best friend whom I killed earlier, walks in and asks me what I'm doing. I ask her if she has seen what was going on outside and she said no, so I opened the curtains, showed her the destruction and we turned to look at each other. Right as we did that the building felt as tho it was being toppled over and then blackness.

Sorry for not really formatting this better, as I know it's a lot to read. Anyone have any similar types of dreams, or maybe know how to interpret to help me understand?

I think your subconscious is thinking up fun story plots to entertain you. I get superhero dreams whenever I'm at a low creative point or extremely bored.
In 13 the beast is rising
The frenchman did surmise
Through earthquakes and starvation
The warlord will arise
Terror, death, destruction
Pour from the eastern sands
But the truth of all predictions
Is always in your hands

i asked my wife ...she does this all the time....and never knows what the hell she is talking about.

She believes dream 1 & 2 are connected, it will seem that you will come across an authoritative figure who will challenge you. This authority figure will probably not treat you with the respect you deserve,(i.e. your principle thinking you where under age when you are in fact 25)

The Lion in dream number 1 is a sign of strength and protection, you bowing to it and being able to approach it.... i think, the lion represents your strength to deal with this problematic authority figure, in your life.. (she thinks this is a great dream)

dream 3..she is not too sure...

she thinks that this dream represents a chaotic life....will get back to you .?

if you go to disclose chat and im on line...and she is awake you can ask her...

dont know if this helped or confused you more.

Hey Becks, thanks for the reply. I had talked to my father about these dreams many times and our understanding of the first 2 dreams is spot on with what your wife said. It's really the third dream that I can't seem to wrap my head around, it's just all over the place and was the longest of the 3 dreams. Now that I know disclose has a chat room I'll definitely hop in and talk to you guys! Oh, another thing I forgot to mention in the original post was that these dreams happened over 3 nights consecutively, one per night. Not sure if that makes a difference /shrug.

Thanks again for the responses, I really appreciate it!

Another thing .. I was reading a forum post a while back, and someone referred to the government as "the marshmellow men". It's the only time I've heard the reference, I'll try to find it and post a link to it.

Dream 3 ....

Wife says...maybe, you are running away from making a decision, cause maybe people in your life that you trust are telling you to do the opposite of what you need to do.

And the easiest thing is to run away and ignore the decision.

You are running away from chaos, this decision will resolve the chaos in your life....obviously you are not ready to make this decision yet.

Being marshmallow man is not a threatening thing, its not a harsh aggressive thing....maybe the problem seems harder than it is?

People from the past are unresolved issues.

when the elevator went to the top of the building and went to the side, and you were unsure where to stand, maybe that means maybe you are unsure whether you are for or against a particular decision;

the fact you wake up and all your fiends are gone and they evacuate ...she reckons that the decision you have to make or whatever you are running away from is only up to you to figure out.

The stadium seating ....you are feeling under pressure to make the decision or to resolve the issues from the past.

The lion has given you by touching heads via your 3rd eye, (forehead) the strength and knowledge/wisdom to to overcome the chaos and to make the right decision regardless of what other people think...trust yourself!

Wifey dictated this....so typed as fast as I could....may make no sense whatsoever...lol
:D

Maybe the elevator going to the top floor means that you have to get in touch with your highed self to make the right decision, because you find security being on the top floor.

Becks ..... much thanks to you and your wife. You have no idea how much sense that breakdown of the third dream makes to me. I'm literally shaking as I type this. I only wish I'd saved my "sacrament" from 2 nights ago to help me when I ponder about this. May have to do it the old fashioned way. no substance :headscratch:
