I bought one at an antique store, just for shits and giggles. Mine is from 1940, and has interesting page headings and maps in it. I've read there is something to the page headings, but nothing I have read has a definitive meaning for them.

Looks a lot like this one.

The only difference is where it was issued, and mine says 32° in the triangle and in the location info. It's funny it is navy blue, but so dark it is almost black. Inside mine is signed by a 33° mason under "visiting brethren and friends," I wonder if that is significant?
