When are one of these bullying arseholes going to be prosecuted for undue violence during arrest, how the fuck can a man face down, handcuffed with two pricks knelt on his back be resisting arrest?, yank cops seem to be one and all violent thugs, whenever you see them arresting someone they same to always use the arrest as an excuse for a high school bullying session. I smell a class action suit for some smart lawyer.

LMAO

So so you know the protocol for making pig snort noises at one while your friend sniffs the air, mystified, asking "Who's frying bacon?"

I think sometimes you guys are to quick at jumping onto the police. Everyone knows that you are not allowed to have any demonstrations, of any kind, in these monuments. To put this story into context....

In the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit’s opinion on the matter, Judge Thomas B. Griffith wrote that dancing in the memorial is “prohibited because it stands out as a type of performance, creating its own center of attention and distracting from the atmosphere of solemn commemoration that the Regulations are designed to preserve.”

“Outside the Jefferson Memorial, of course, Oberwetter and her friends have always been free to dance to their hearts’ content,” Griffith writes

The group that gathered at the monument Saturday was there in protest of the upheld ban.

Andrew Sharp, one of the protesters, says they were told they would not be given a warning and would be immediately arrested if they started dancing in the monument.

"I think some people thought it was a joke at first, and then they started putting handcuffs on people and were very, very serious about it," says Sharp.

So these jackasses were there to protest that they couldn't protest in a national monument. Instead they could of walked a few yards and been able to do what ever they wanted. Then, the police said if you do this, you will be arrested. So they did it anyway, got arrested. Now they plan another protest June 4th at noon. What a bunch of dumb ass attention whores.

They could have easily explained that it's just not allowed to dance in monument, cuz of the reasons you stated.

What they did now is say 'we will arrest you.' When asked on what charges, they only said 'you will find out.'
What's hard on just explaining the matter?

So the policemen in this vid are still a bunch of aggressive fcks, too happy to show off their power. :)

After watching the video, I'm shocked at some in this thread and their responses. The officer was very polite and respectful in telling them what was going to happen. They obviously came there to stir up trouble. Hell one guy had a shirt on that said DISOBEY on the front of it.

As for the people kissing, give me a break. A few seconds after the officer warned them, they moved in behind the officer and started to slow dance. The officer bumped into them, said sorry. Then saw these two asshats were slow dancing. The officers did nothing wrong, and there was surely nothing brutal about how the handled it. The one guy that kept walking away from the officer was warned multiple times and he kept walking. So he got slammed.

As for the guy resisting on the ground. Yeah, he was resisting. Don't give me that bullshit that you still can't be resisting arrest when two officers are on top of you. This is the same guy that interlocked his arm with a guy that was currently being handcuffed. Nothing but troublemakers. Kudos to the officers.

But he didn't tell them any reason for why they would arrest them.
