These are all images taken by potent telescopes on earth of Asteroid Vesta, which we had already got used to.

From now they will be overridden by this more authoritative though more crappy picture allegedly taken by a Dawn Mission a few days ago

If asteroids are chunks of smashed planets, how do they get so rounded off like boulders in a river get rounded by the wearing of the action of aggregates and water?
