Hi there,

Just found this link and thought you might find it useful.

I downloaded them last night and the ones that I have already gone through are really good.

It is a series of 5 videos with loads of questions/answers on Astral Projection,
including techniques, fears and precautions etc.

Once I go through the entire set, I will update you.

Just downloaded the videos - look like they are all text, so a pdf would have been fine.
