i heard circumcision forced on children is cruel and reduces their sensitivity in that area.

i had this thought today, jesus is really a phoenix, and the cross was reborn as a symbol of torture and disdain, into one of glory and resurrection.

Circumcision does reduce sensitivity and should not be forced onto children unless it is a medical neccessity.. I believe that religion should also be a personal choice that is made when a person is old enough to decide for themselves.. My mother was religous, my father not so.. We were allowed to make our own decisions through our own experiences and findings without influence..Some of my siblings have found happiness in their faith and others are happy in their lives without religion or a belief in a god.. Myself included.. We all respect each others differing beliefs with no animosity or need to convert, or deride...I cant stand religous fundamentalism of any sorts though.. Good to hear from you sam
