A glare does not mean anything..
If you noticed a pattern, when whoever that is moves in front of the camera three times there is a glare each time, are we to think 3 phoenixes were born? ..

It's mot the sun burst that we are referring to although that is pretty amazing of a transformation into a flower by itself but what comes after it inside the box in annotations provided... This is so very exciting of a day and is a sign of the amazing things about to hit this world like it never has been before.

All i see is a shitty camera which is slow to react at changing its exposure from bright light when on the window to low light level when the guy is in front of window.

When he moves the exposure setting has not adjusted quickly enough expossing too much light which looks like an explosion.

Simple , god some people will believe anything...
