It's the over the top, holier than Jesus, savior of the universe, can do no wrong, Obama like worship way about his followers (not supporters) that turns your average person off. Ironically his supporters do him more damage than his foreign policy, newsletters, or his bobble head. You guys know exactly what I'm talking about. Go ahead and try talking to your average person about the shit we discuss on here. They'll stare at you like you have two heads. Your average person doesn't want to be associated with the fringe.
they are all too busy snuggling up to the warm hairy minge

I can appreciate at this point that you are convinced that you have absolutely and without question caught Ron Paul in a terrible lie. I can also appreciate your lack of expectation concerning anyone admitting anything, primarily due to the lack of firm evidence (either way, if it makes you feel better).
The rest of what you wrote seems basically valid to me, but you are of course generalizing quite a bit (unless you are very, very social outside of this forum). I do have to ask what about his "supporters" (as you distinguish them) leads you to believe that they are damaging Dr. Paul's campaign in some way (I disagree that this is the case, and cite his increasing popularity as evidence that he has not been damaged by those who effectively comprise his campaign).
Do you actually want this guy to win or not? You say that you do, but you're a big flirt. I have a very difficult time reconciling the notion that someone who starts off liking Paul can then switch favorites, moving through every single available alternative before finally deciding that, yes, Paul was best all along. That doesn't suggest a very stable point of view, given the incredible differences between every candidate (not to mention the vast differences between Paul and the others on every major issue).
You work in mysterious ways. Why the avatar, Rydher?
rydher wrote:So HJ, I can assume that you believe his story that he didn't know about any of those things in his newsletter until 10 years later?
Yes, you can, but no, you may not.
I don't know for sure either way, as I just indicated. Since what you're really asking is if I think it's possible, I'll give you this answer: It is easily as possible as a man who has never been recorded or filmed saying anything like that over many decades in public service (quite the opposite, obviously) deciding to arbitrarily turn a blind eye to that content in order to make some money.
Of course, you'll keep coming back to this no matter what, won't you? Despite your support for Mr. Paul, won't you? This will be what you choose to highlight, over and over again. If only all Paul supporters could have your vision...then things wouldn't be so "damaged".
...or do you feel I have misunderstood you?

I didn't start the thread. The topic is about the newsletters, so I once again commented on the newsletters. If it's wrong to point out the absurdity of the story put forth, then to ask the question of why would he put out such an unbelievable story. Then I'm happy to be wrong.
If this thread was never made and the subject didn't pop back up, then I wouldn't of commented on it. The topic did once again come up and this being a message board where people make comments, I commented. I'm sorry if it's hard for you to understand that you can still support someone, yet be honest about who they are and what they did.
I think the blind worship of this man and for that matter the turning of a blind eye to anything that might reflect negatively on a position someone may have, which is what the vast majority of posters here do. Goes against what this web site is about, doesn't it? Unless you want to change the slogan to Disclose.TV truth revealed (unless that truth sheds a negative light on a subject the majority of posters agree with).
There are hundreds of web sites you can go to where people can drink the Kool-Aid on any particular subject. I thought here, you try to revel the truth. No matter how ugly it may be.
That's more like it! I missed you, buddy.
Please continue to stay on topic by completely avoiding the actual topic (which isn't "you're stupid if you don't absolutely believe Ron Paul lied to you").

PS-Please respond, but continue to ignore what I'm actually saying to you.

This is what I think happened. So, I'm in agreement with you.

rydher you are a joke.
you have no answer for hackjames do you, go on change the subject some more.
You can not why because all that comes from your mouth are lies and deception.
We are on to you .you are transparent like glass.
You are here to spreed disinformation,
A paid troll .
You will not respond to me because you have no defense.
I am aware it's often a thankless task persuading someone on a forum that they are mistaken. They are often, in the true sense of the word, bigots!

he doesn't have an answer.
He is still kicking up the "he has problems remembering the timelines" routine...
It's old and he is upset because he lost his sensibility trying to prove things that were untrue, so he resorts to a very speculative point, which is no sure indication either way... but to him it's the ultimate truth.
People like him that enjoy getting put in their place and come back for more have severe psychological issues, it's almost like a form of "stockholm syndrome" where he enjoys the proverbial beatings that he gets by his educational captures and he comes back and asks for more in their clothing (Suddenly I like Paul)....
It's getting old Rydher, you have a video that straight tells you that the man wrote them, you have photocopy headers in the letter showing the mans name, and your argument is that somehow Paul is still lying..... go back to sleep.
