Ban on owning, selling, storing or manufacture of ammunition.
If a law was passed in the USA to the ban the ownership. Sale, storage or manufacturing of ammunition by
individuals. Would this get around the second amendment. Just a thought if you wanted to ban ownership of guns then you would have problem. But if you ban ownership of ammunition it achieves the same end.
1791,ratification
Second Amendment – Militia (United States), Sovereign state, Right to keep and bear arms.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

English Bill of Rights
One of the earliest documents used in drafting the American Bill of Rights was the English Bill of Rights of 1689, one of the fundamental documents of English constitutional law. The English Bill of Rights differed substantially in form and intent from the American Bill of Rights, because it was intended to address the rights of citizens as represented by Parliament against the Crown. However, some of its basic tenets were adopted and extended by the U.S. Bill of Rights, including:
the right of petition,
an independent judiciary (the Sovereign was forbidden to establish his own courts or to act as a judge himself),
freedom from taxation by royal (executive) prerogative, without agreement by Parliament (legislators),
freedom from a peace-time standing army,
freedom [for Protestants] to bear arms for their defence, as allowed by law,
freedom to elect members of Parliament without interference from the Sovereign,
freedom of speech in Parliament,
freedom from cruel and unusual punishments and excessive bail, and
freedom from fines and forfeitures without trial.
individuals. Would this get around the second amendment. Just a thought if you wanted to ban ownership of guns then you would have problem. But if you ban ownership of ammunition it achieves the same end.

I question everything. I don't believe anything I'm told or anything I see. Prove it, or fuck off. And that's not me I see in the mirror in the morning.
You are alowed to have a car, but banned from obtaining or storing/manufacturing fuel. FUK IT!!!
Ill install an electric motor and cover my car with solar panels and shit.
Guns?
I see, I will need to switch to munition-less type of weapon then.
LASERS here I come.

SKEPTIC - One who instinctively or habitually doubts, questions, disagrees with assertions or generally accepted conclusions.
And tries to prove these assertions/claims with scientific facts.

Pointless thread. It's not even being considered.
What's up with the airsoft pellets in that pic?
I thought this was about ammo.

Nothing in this world thats worth having comes easy
The point being if they wanted to ban weapons it would be against your constitution. A legal way to make guns useless would be to ban the ammunition they used. If you get my drift. Airsoft pellets I thought they were shotgun pellets. OOHH the frailty of innocence.
