I don't have a mortgage, so I don't know much about this stuff.
But here are some comments from people that sound like they do have mortgages.

This guy is a moron! The address for mortgage payments is written into the note that you sign when you go to closing. The paragraph says you must mail, wire or auto draft your payment to that address/account. It is written into the note you sign when you go to closing to get the financing. So, this is equivalent of demanding that the bank accept payment for your rent or your Visa card, etc. Why doesn't he get a loan from Sears if he wants to pay in cash at a teller? LOL!

Read your contract carefully; you may be prohibited from using cash to pay. However, the matter may be justiciable. The commerce clause applies. The bank is part of the FED and the FED issues the worthless securities of "the United States" called FRN's. The bank cannot decline its own issued securities. The cause of action is restraint of trade by violation of the public policy of "the United States." The bank has an EIN and therefore cannot have a policy more restrictive than its upline.

Umm. Did they already foreclose? Is maybe that why they didn't take the payment?

That sure doesn't look like a "bank" to me in the background.

amen man. :flop:

Though doesn't this just mean you cannot pay with physical money for your mortgages? (I assume to bunker down on the people making illicit paper they dont want to put in a bank.)

A bank can wire transfer its self too. :flop:

I wonder what the banks would do if you bought a house and property with gold? Would they accept it?(probably not imo) :alien51:

If you were selling your car to a guy, would you accept gold coins? :look:

Yup.

Though the banks do not hold gold(unless a safety deposit box.), and because of the fluctuation of gold they probably would tell you to go sell it and come back.
