@Phaeton, there is not a single piece of software used in that video, its poor resolution "as are all so called reptilian videos" ALL so called reptilian shapeshift videos have these exact same properties in common... Low resolution, "usually ripped from stream sites like Youtube, bad compression "usually caused by stream sites in conversion" this can "and does" leave artifacts on lower resolution video, early YouTube quality is primed with glitches like this.

Not a single video anywhere EVER, is in HD of a morphing shapeshifting reptile ANYWHERE.

Ghost mapping of the artifacts in the images will follow the frames in question "briefly" until the glitch disperses into the frame.
