Well here is the Sunday dinner for first football Sunday.

I first cooked some chicken. When it was done I threw it in crock pot will buffalo seasoning to keep while I cooked other items.

Second item cooked was a teriyaki marinaded pork tenderloin wrapped in weave of bacon

3rd to go on were the Brats to cook aside the tenderloin

Here are all three at counter waiting for the hungry.
Some liked their Brats burnt. Not a mistake.

Keep on Grilling

OMG - this Filet was AWESOME!!! Melted in my mouth. Dashed is with garlic, salt and pepper.

The corn cooked a bit too long, but the taste was excellent - I had 2 ears. Sided with Creamed Spinach and Spanikopita.

The plating isn't pretty, but that was just seconds before I dived headfirst into it.

Seared all sides on top of hot coals, then moved to other side for about 6 to 7 minutes while covered.

The pork loin I cooked for lunches through the week, but it was preseasoned and I didn't care for the spices the store used - so my dawgs will be happy for that/

That filet looked sweet! Great job :flop:

To welcome in the fall I will be having roast with carrots and potatoes. I also will have some football with that. I will get some pics as always. Hope others will be doing some cooking today and anticipate the pics.

Have a great day everyone.
