There is too much wind, and the object is too far out that if it was a plane, the engine noise would not be in the background anyways either..

Looks like a seaside resort and a likely place to find balloons on sale. The wind is blowing in the direction the objects are moving and i think a could just make out something hanging from below the sphere (string). My guess would be escaped balloons?

thats on the right side, look on the left side and theres something silverish that goes by in the opposite-ish direction of the bird. Probably a balloon or something. It's La, theres a couple million people there. :flop:

No im not talking about that look at the white sphere flies towards the left side but as others say it may be a balloon or a plane an the wind blocking the engine noises out

It's a bird, you can see the wings flapping very slowly at the end.
