This particular plague/farmers in the UK is to do with the remnant of Joseph. Amos 5.
I have done full commentaries on the reasons why it is happening, and have not shared all that I have written on this forum. Amos 5 also mentions an exile that will come to be after the plague.

There is also a drought in the UK as well. The water is at its lowest since 1972. You are correct that it is to do with government etc. In 1972 there was also high rising unemployment for the time period and the plans of Ted Heath were derailed. The same is happening with Cameron. Each and every way he turns. I did tell people in a different post that this was the 'time of the derailment'. Since I made that announcement there have been three trains derailed, the most serious one in Argentina. Latin-America has also been in alliance with the Arabs against the USA in recent years.
