supposed "ufo" starts at 0:56 in video.... well you might call it "disc shaped" and/or "ufo" but i call it buildings in the background moving along with camera perspective... as long as there no other angle video of this alleged ufo you can flush this down the toilet

The camera moves to the left, if that thing were a building in the background it would have appeared to move to the right with the camera perspective.

then my guess/statement is that the moving white stripe we see in the video is _clearly_

a plane pulling a long piece of paper written on it "No nuclear power anymore you greedy mofo's"

nah seriously tho, i say it is a plane pulling a string with paper.
