On a canine note, all dogs in the UK are going to require chipping. From 2016, police will have the power to check your dog to see if it complies.
Some will say it's a good thing, and I can see the merits of that argument.
But if you allow me to get all conspiratorial on you all, it's a drip, drip road to acceptance.
