I bought the astral projection BB a few years ago, but it never worked. I tried for about a week and a half, and all it did was put me to sleep after about 5 mins, and then it would wake me up a few minutes before the end. At first I thought there was something wrong with me, or maybe I was doing it too late in the day, but when I tried it in the mornings it still just put me to sleep. So again I tried it in the morning, but once I did it sitting up in a stiff wooden chair in the middle of the kitchen, hoping it would keep me from falling asleep but that didn't work either. I contacted the owner of the site and asked him what was wrong. He was very nice, but didn't know what was happening, besides that I was going a lot deeper/brainwaves were slowing down more than I was supposed to with that particular audio. He let me download another BB for free, this one set to a faster Hz, to see what would happen... And dammit, that one put me to sleep too! The owner let me try with one more audio... same problem...
So, the owner of the site is incredibly nice but I don't know if his product is bullshit or if my brain is defective!

i found a good Isochronic tones site, i havent really had a chance to try them.

and for the people who dont know what we are talking about lol
Binaural Beats- Sine wave generators are used to create two separate frequency waves which are introduced to each ear independently. The brain reacts by creating a third tone which is the difference between the two. This allows the brain to directly tune into a frequency that the ear cannot hear! The entire range of Alpha and Theta frequencies (between 5-12 Hz) have been tested extensively in several studies. It was concluded that a specific combination of frequencies consistently caused a Shift In Consciousness!
Monaural Beats- This technology uses two tones of equal intensity which result in a crisp and clean sound. Unlike Binaural Beats, Monaural beats are easier on your brain because there is no need to balance the tones and your mind does not need adjusting time. Monaural Beats use a single tone that pulses on and off in specific patterns, which is tuned specifically for the frequencies that produce the desired effect.
Isochronic Tones- If you are looking for the most effective type of brainwave entrainment, Isochronic Tones are the way to go. Isochronic Tones also use equal intensity tones, but the pulse speed is greater, causing the brain to synchronize with the rhythm. In 1999, Thomas Budzynski Ph.D. published a case in the Journal of Neurotherapy which showed that a group of 8 college students increased their GPA with the use of audio brainwave stimulation, and their GPA continued to increase even after the experiment was finished!

here's link to a free bin-aural beat generator http://uazu.net/sbagen/this has a lot of presets to try, plus you can experiment with your own settings, you just click a preset and a window like command prompt pops up and you can see the tones that are playing.
