It's an otter it must have died during the winter with face and front feet submerged in water and then washed higher up on the shore upon ice out. I have seen this before but not in otters, I once found a mink during a thaw with it's hair missing much like this. The Otter is a weasle it's teeth say it all, (canines). No monster, just an unlucky Otter. I would know this because I have been a trapper for most of my life, I have trapped much of North America, and have caught every furbearer there is. Sorry to rain on you parade. :D

Yeah, it's probably an otter. It looks fake because like, the face reminds me of porcelain but if it was caught in winter as was suggested, I could understand that.
A Gropher is a distant relative of the Gopher species...:peep:

Dont think it is an otter...I think its a mink.

I have killed 1000´s of mink and processed the skin...your wife might even have a danish mink fuur coat I have killed :badair:

Sorry it's an OTTER! A mink is a member of the weasel family yes but this animal is far to large to be a Mink. It is not even big enough to be a Fisher another member of the weasel family. If you catch Mink this large, then I want some. :lol:
