Bizzare "Alien Rings" since 1957

So apparently people have been spotting a random holographic looking ring in the sky since 1957,here are some videos showing the phenomena....

Opinions anyone? Hoax? Project Blue Beam? Wheater Ballon?

The first vid with the two boys talking, is in my opinion fake!! But the other two??? well not so sure about them. lol.

The first one turns and tilts as it rises, almost as if it is being projected and the projecter is tilting up and to the left...hologram? :think:
