I believe if it is in Florida.....we are dealing with the notorious Ghetto Birds !!!!

Sent in as part of a land based search for the criminals on the run, the Ghetto Birds swoop in to take them away........bad boys bad boys....etc.

At least that's what I have seen them using these for in AZ.

Not debunking but if in Florida.............? Gotta think it might be the man
