I have recently finished reading this document and i found it to be a most fascinating read, some of you may have read it before and have knowledge about it that i do not but the information contained within may seem fanciful to most. The author is very specific about the information he gives and mentions a lot of names, locations, governmental organisations and details about alleged recovered alien craft and the US governments involvement with alien species. Please bear in mind that this document was written before the advent of the internet so the information within would have been very difficult to put together if the author is not genuine. I belive these "worm hole spirals" and "glowing rings" are made with a HAARP-device.. and/or using some other type "Tesla Technology"-devices.

These clowing 'spirals' and clouds are ionized (atmospheric) plasma created with HAARP type device, either from a ground based model, a satelite model ..or from a "ufo" craft.
You could call this, kinda like; an Artificial (man made) "aurora borealis"-Spiral.

This 'Twisting Light'-phenomena has allready been discovered by Michael Faraday back in 1845. So, i believe, all these weird 'atmospheric phenomena' can be expalined, and is achevable effects with human technological and scientific discoveries. I have seen few youtube videos showing similar 'plasma vortex', but there clearly was a "ufo"-flying saucer creating it. forms this 'glowing plasma whirl' with the charged, ionized atmospheric particles, which have been highly (electrically) charged by the "ufo" a.k.a. 'flying saucer.

Here's one of the videos in which the "ufo" is clearly 'spraying' something. Could be just plain water or some type of electrolyte.

About this 'Vortex/spiral sprayer' on the "UFO"


People reseaching 'crop circles' have reported 'tiny iron particles' found in some/many of the 'crop circles'. So it could be, that this 'plasma spiral-creating device' on the "ufo" could also be used to create the 'crop circles'.
The Crop circle people have also reported the stems (of what ever the plants have been) having been broken by 'rapid heating' which then had expanded, and broken the plant tissue allowing it to fold over.
The stems are also, very interestingly, reported to have been "broken & twisted and then folded" to form the "crop circle", this looks really weird, like "this was NOT done by human hand"-weird.

This odd "twisting, turning and folding" of the plant stems, could be acheived my 'electromagnetic' means.

By using some type of "Hutchison effect"-type technology, this sort of "anti-gravity effect-beam", along with some kind of nano-metal electrolyte-mist (fog), to "grab and twist the stems" to form the wanted crop circle image. The nano-metal chip (gel-)electrolyte would explain the iron particles found in the 'crop circles'.

With "Hutchison effect"-type technology, i mean technology/applications which also could be used to "tracktor beam cows"!! ..so this "Tesla Technology" gives a 'human explination" to this witnessed "ufo"-phenomena; "Cattle grabbing & mutilation"

These complex looking crop circles could be done using some type of 3D-hologram-computer program, which would very accuratelly, with the "electro-magnetic "hand" (..a magnetized hologram-particle beam "pilar" projected from the "ufo") ..to form, "twist & fold" the wanted 'crop circle'.
3D scanning (of objects) really isn't a new technological discovery, so this 3D -hologram 'crop circle' shaping is pretty much the same 'technology', only used abit differently!

Nikola Tesla, the inventor of the so called 'flying saucer' a.k.a. the "UFO"


Flyingsaucers aka "ufos" are man made crafts, based on Nikola Tesla's invention(s). The "ufo"-carft operates on electro-propulsion system, which's unique abilities are founded upon "Ether Physics".
There is an All Universe filling 'medium' which has been named The Ether. Because the knowledge of this revolutionary science was hidden by the banking-industrial elite .."we don't know that Ether exists", ....but still We Do.

Ether seems to be an; All Permeating, all universe filling 'medium' for (all) atoms. So it's something sort of; "sub-sub-sub atomic particles", which has many peculiar functions ...for one, it creates Gravity.
Ether also serves as a 'medium' for Tesla style "ufos", which operate sort of like Dimagnetic objects; dimagnets are "anti gravity" when placed on a metal plate, or some thing = the magnets "hover".
So, the Tesla "ufo" can drive it's self by acting sort of as a "Dimagnet" against the Ether medium (which surrounds the whole craft), and so has the Anti-Gravity ability, and huge, huge speeds with no G-forces (cause it's Anti-Gravity).

The glowing orbs on our skies are Tesla "ufos" which, when glowing, create this ionized plasmaround them by electrical discharges from the electrodes on the "ufos" ...It's similar glowing plasma like on this video. And like i mentioned, HAARP can created this effect also.

Interesting stuff, i have written a thread a while back pretty much detailling everything you have said, it was called "Making the case against extra terrestial visitation",

now i am covering the other side of the debate, will probably put together a proper full thread detailling the case support to ET visits, which obviosly there is a strong case for otherwise this site would not be here. I felt it important at the time to consider the other side in as great detail as possible, most who contributed were open to the idea that UFO's could be man made. For me it's all about percentages, no matter how high the percentage which explain UFO's by terrestial means there will always be a remainder which cannot be explained. I thing the Blue Planet Project document makes a believable case for the unbelievable. My mind is well and truly open to both possibilities.

Can you reference your info at all? I like to try and paint as full a picture a possible and cover all bases Interesting read though, imagine if it were true I want to research the town of Dulce a bit, i bet there is a wealth of interesting wee stories that have come out of there

Researched Phil Schnieder's story, leading me to the Dulce story. Phil 's account of the conflict had 62 or 67 fatalities. The time lines match very well. As far as constructions,or projects he claimed knowledge of. I am affraid rescources on his story are limited. I am aware of one short video depicting equipment eledgedly from Dulce. The consistancy is there.
