BP is deliberately allowing the oil to leak into the ocean and they have no intention of stopping it .
This is to allow for a complete change of the ocean's chemical make up which in turn will effect all life on the surface of the planet . This will allow for the occupation of earth by life forms that need the change in atmosphere and land /ocean make up to survive . We have already put enough gasses and toxic waist's into the the atmosphere to help the process along , only the biotic fluid is needed now and its leaking into the ocean as you read this ….
