Mystery Behind Dinosaur Demise 'Revealed'

A massive asteroid was to blame for the demise of the dinosaur, and not a volcanic eruption, scientists have said.

The team of 41 international scientists have come to their conclusion after analysing the past 20 years of research.

This is kinda funny cos i for one never really doubted otherwise...I can only imagine such devestation though...immense destruction... :shock:

Yes, and that may be the case because **evidence based research** is open to new theories and if a stronger case is proposed for the extinction of the dinosaurs then it will supercede the current one. Knowledge and learning have always meant changing our views and challenging our beliefs.

Is this really confirming the theory (making it fact)? ... I'd say no.
