Just after 17.15 hours an earthquake was felt in the region. From Argentina Customs in International Paso Cardenal Samore, neighbors told ANB that the quake caused the site workers and travelers quickly leave the building. The place is not proodujeron damage.

Meanwhile, in the town of Neuquén San Martín de los Andes, La Angostura, Bariloche and some areas, there were movements of varying intensity.

In Bariloche, testimony given to ANB indicated that the earth shook in the area and the neighborhood Ñirihuau The Mallin.

Meanwhile, from San Martin de los Andes, a neighbor, Daniel, said the movement lasted five seconds, and "shook it."

Initial reports placed the earthquake at about 96 kilometers from the town of Temuco, Chile, and 30 kilometers deep. American records speak of a movement of 7.2 on the Richter scale, affecting the regions of La Araucania and Bio Bio.
