The safety, and cancer-targeting ability of the broccoli extract sulforaphane, has been backed by a new study finding that it can selectively target cancer cells.

The research, published in Molecular Nutrition and Food Research, reports for the first time that sulforaphane – one of the primary phytochemicals in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables – is able to selectively target and kill cancer cells, while leaving normal cells healthy and unaffected.

Yeah, it's just a coincidence though that mother nature, god, call it what you want, specifically desinged these plants to be like this, our lives are not supposed to be miserable and full of sickness, we are supposed to be healthy and happy by using nature's superfoods.

Thanks, I have 75 broccoli plants in the garden, that I started by seed, perhaps the Universe was making me do it?
Also take 8000 units of vitamin D3(really a steroid hormone) and look into aluminum free baking soda, to keep your body at PH 7.3, no cancer(fungus) can grow in an alkaline body, cancer likes acidic sugary bodies.
