After watching a video about the NWA it got me thinking about how many of these powerful people have ever been affected by this disease. Going back over the last couple of decades have any of the Royal Family(including Dutch and Spanish) or Ex presidents immediate family or themselves ever died of this disease?

Never seem to hear about these all powerful people contracting this disease. Could they possibly have had cancer but know of a cure? Or is it just clean living?
