This is what I don't get. Both the FBI and the NSA had all the info. necessary to give them the full knowledge/ insight that something big was about to happen. The documentary clearly states several times that the major problem, supposedly, was that they didn't share the info. with each other. So, why, instead of changing policy to make manditory mutual communication between the major organizations in situations as these, did they (Bush) sign into law new policies basically taking away part of our freedom in one fell swoop? That doesn't even make sense. That's like taking away the bands instruments because the conductor was on the wrong page. What am I missing here?

Simply a large version of the shell game? Was our government really so ill informed, disorganized, and basically blind, that they actually, REALLY, weren't aware of this "system" short-coming, immediately after it happened? No one in all of U.S. government knew what questions to ask to get to the bottom of it? Without the commission? I really find that difficult to believe. Blame, fault, and guilt were all pointing in different directions it seems- if that makes sense. Was everyfuckingbody in Washington out to fucking lunch in 2001, or what??? Sorry, pisses me off all over again.

The saddest part of all this, is that it seems those truly responsible for allowing 9/11 to happen, suffer the least of all.
