This has some information on the Mr. Davis (Yes, I know it's Wikipedia....) incident, there is no mention of nulcear secrets, or even Al-Quada, and from the vid we have:

There are real differences between that and the early report of the shooting:

Davis claimed to the police his actions were in self-defense. Davis' weapon was not licensed. The two men on the motorcycle were parked at the light in front of Davis' car. Davis shot them through his windshield. Police confirmed that the two men that were shot by Davis, identified as Faizan Haider and Faheem Shamshad, were carrying unlicensed sidearms but that no shots were fired from these weapons.The two victims were found to be carrying two cellphones they had stolen earlier in the day, three other cellphones, a Rolex-style watch, and four different types of currency.

I think the Pakistan Government will try and get a better deal with their masters - the USA, and may even get them to pressure UK for former president Pervez Musharraf.

I have to say thought that the original posted report from OP strikes me as being augmented by whoever put the video together.It is extremely unlikely that an American agent,clearly American,with diplomatic ID would be the one they would send into Waziristan to a stronghold containing Osama Bin Laden (?!) to deliver nuclear material.And what..he had the secrets in writing on his person????And allowed himself to be captured with them by Pakistani police???Sorry but that has to be bullshit.The actual story though is fascinating..but I bet this is the last we ever hear of it.
